Benchmark South West, approached me seeking a refreshed brand identity in the form of a new logo. The existing logo lacked the modernity and distinctiveness needed to stand out in a competitive market. The challenge was to create a logo that not only reflected the company's values and expertise but also set them apart in a visually compelling way.
In our initial discussions with Benchmark South West, we uncovered the need for a logo that conveyed both the company's commitment to precision engineering and its forward-thinking approach. The existing logo was outdated and failed to communicate the company's technological advancements and innovative solutions.
We embarked on a comprehensive exploration of design concepts, taking inspiration from the precision of engineering tools and the dynamic nature of construction. The goal was to create a logo that felt both rooted in tradition and forward-looking.
The final logo featured a sleek and stylised depiction of an engineering compass. This symbol not only represented precision and accuracy but also served as a nod to the company's commitment to guiding clients toward success in their projects.
The font selection complemented the logo, striking a balance between professionalism and modernity. The clean and bold typeface ensured readability across various applications.
